FAQs
What if plans change and we can't attend?
- These session are non-refundable. But we know that life happens and sometimes circumstances change!There is a waitlist for these so you can either try and sell them yourself or you can email Katie at addieandkayphotography@gmail.com and we will try and get your session sold to someone on the waitlist.
What if my kid is a crier?
- Santa and Katie has seen it all! With years of experience working with children Katie and Santa work tirelessly to ensure that all kids have a magical experience and not a traumatizing one. You'll receive a questionnaire before your session to help ensure that we know any special circumstances ahead of time. Katie also snaps a few photos before Santa enters just in case you're unsure how your little one will react. If you know your little one has stranger danger it isn't a bad idea to come dressed ready to jump in the photos as well.
Can the whole family be in the picture?
- Of course your immediate family is always welcome to be a part of the experience. We ask that if you want to include extended family (grandparents or all the grandchildren) that you book two sessions back to back to ensure there is enough time.
